GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Prices include: water, gas,
electricity and car park space.
Stays are from Saturday to Saturday, other than those with different
agreements. Check-in is between 4 and 8 p.m. on the day of arrival and
check-out must be by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
COMPULSORY FINAL CLEANING:
Euro 35,00
COMPULSORY GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: Euro 100,00 (refundable
at end of stay)
BATH LINEN: Bring your
own or can be hired at a cost of Euro 6.00 per person
BED LINEN: Bring your
own or can be hired at a cost of 6.00 for single bed and Euro 10.00 for
double beds
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Bookings should be made by phone (320 9564978)
To confirm a booking an advance payment of 30% of the total account should
be sent by Postal order and must be received not later than 24 hours before
date of arrival.
N.B. : In case of cancellation the advance payment will only be refunded if
notification is made at least 70 days before the date of arrival.
